Michigan Lumber Company is a full service lumber yard specializing in service to residential, commercial, and industrial consumers of lumber products. The following outline is a partial listing of frequently requested materials, however, is not all inclusive of the products which we carry. Please E-mail us for your specific product needs.

Panel Products: Ribbon sapele, Maple plywood, Sanded fir plywood, Marine grade plywood, Hardwood plywood, Medium density overlay (signboard), Medium density fibreboard, Mica & melamine, High density particle board, Hardboard (standard & duolux), Fibreglass reinforced panels, Cork (novacork), vinyl-covered sheetrock, Homasote & Upson board.

Softwoods: We stock a complete line of white pine available in three or more grades in 4/4,5/4,8/4. Redwood boards are available in clear all heart, and vertical grain redwood is in stock for special demands, such as sandblasted signs. Cedar is available for decking as well as select grades of boards and paneling.

Hardwoods: Michigan Lumber has a complete line of hardwoods ranging in thickness from 4/4 thru 8/4 in numerous species and varying widths. We surface our hardwoods in our own mill to control quality and inventory levels. The following is a partial listing of the types of hardwood which we stock: Red Oak, White Oak, Poplar, Mahogany, Basswood, Birch, Maple, Walnut, Teak, Cherry, Hickory & Ash. Our hardwoods are available in standard widths and thicknesses; however, special milling can be accomplished thru our Millwork Department.

Windows & Doors: We stock a full line of architectural doors to fill our customers needs in this endeavor. We also market JELD-WEN and Andersen windows, as well as custom built windows and replacement sashes for remodeling or renovation projects.

Moldings: White Pine, Red Oak and other hardwood moldings are in stock. We carry standard type moldings as well as special decorative moldings in numerous different species. Many of the profiles we stock are "standard", however, we also carry many profiles which are quoted on a per job basis. Prices are determined by quantity, species, and profile which the customer demands. E-mail our mill department for specifics.

Stair Parts: Particleboard treads, Oak treads, Oak and Pine handrail, Oak ballusters, Oak newels, Solid 4X4 yellow poplar, S4S stock for newels.
